My Story

My academic journey began with BSc in Zoology in Mumbai. While not direct a forensic degree, it provided vital foundation in toxicology, pathology and scientific methodology. Driven by my original goal, I eventually moved to the United Kingdom to pursue my MSc in Forensic Investigation at Cranfield University.
There I had the privilege of working with the UK Home Office (OFSR), where I researched quality standards for field drug testing kits.
Returning to India in 2025, I navigated the complexities of international degree recognition by engaging with the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) and completing an intensive internship at Helik Advisory under Dr. Rukmani Krishnamurthy.
I created The Forensic Footprint because I know firsthand how difficult it can be to find the right guidance in this niche field. My journey—filled with uncertainty, persistence, and eventual success—has taught me that while the path to becoming a forensic professional is rarely linear, it is deeply rewarding.
